"BenRiach 15 Year Pedro Ximenez Sherry Wood Finish" is one of the Wood Finish series, which is aged in empty Pedro Ximenez Sherry barrels (butts) produced in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, southern Spain. The BenRiach Wood Finish series is characterized by a method of adding depth and complexity to the aroma and flavor by further aging in different barrels after initial aging in bourbon barrels. This series was born from the passion of Billy Walker, a master blender with over 30 years of experience, who is particular about "casks". It has a track record of winning a silver medal at the 2014 International Wine & Spirits Competition, and its high quality is highly regarded.
