Black Dragon

The black dragon, which was established in 1804 in the Kida district of Fukui Prefecture, is currently being produced.
It is not just a high valuation as a brewing association; it has gained international recognition as a major brand.
However, it is known to exist as a precursor entity that is already well established.
Using the grains produced in the mountain region of Gunma Prefecture, we conduct fermentation with 40% refined rice, which is characteristic.
This flavor is indeed unique.
