Tadami Matsubara

As a Japanese whiskey, it is made using barley grown in the cool climate of Karuizawa and the pure water flowing at the foot of Mt. Asama. It became a hot topic as the first 100% malt whiskey made in Japan. Karuizawa Distillery, where Karuizawa is made, has undergone several mergers and acquisitions, and whiskey production ended in 2000.
For this reason, it is still loved by many people as a rare and difficult-to-obtain whiskey.
