This single malt whiskey, limited to 2024, was born at the Shinshu Mars Distillery, located at an altitude of 1,198 meters at the foot of the naturally rich Japanese Alps. It is a bottle that embodies the whiskey-making dreams of the craftsmen at Hombo Shuzo, and is vatted with whiskeys with diverse characteristics, such as sherry casks and wine casks, in addition to the malt aged in bourbon barrels. It has a fruity and complex flavor that is appealing.

A gentle and elegant aroma reminiscent of apple tea and ripe persimmon spreads. In addition, the nuances of red fruits and berries from the wine casks are perceived as accents, giving a deep sense of depth.

taste

When you put it in your mouth, the rich fruit flavor spreads, and the mild sweetness and moderate acidity are in perfect balance.

Aftertaste

The long-lasting aftertaste has a mature oak aroma and subtle spices, with a pleasant lingering fruitiness.
