"Akkeshi Blended Whisky Taisho 2022" is a limited edition whiskey released as the fourth installment of Akkeshi Distillery's "Two Seasons Series." The series features whiskeys that reflect the changing seasons, with Taisho being the bottle that symbolizes the peak of summer.

The aroma is fruity, sweet and sour with notes of brown sugar and pink grapefruit, along with hints of orange and a fragrant aroma.

Taste
When you put it in your mouth, the sourness and sweetness of orange, lemon, and hassaku spread in your mouth in a well-balanced way. You can feel the saltiness of the sea and the deep flavor similar to soy sauce, and you can also feel the spicy nuances of lemongrass and sage. The diverse flavors intertwine to provide a complex yet harmonious taste.

The rhyme has a tangy spice from white pepper, a refreshing acidity from lime peel, and a sweetness like chocolate. The long-lasting rhyme creates a satisfying drink.

This whisky is carefully aged by the Kishiatsu Distillery and is the product of the unique aging process created by the natural environment of Hokkaido. It perfectly expresses the seasonal feeling of "heat" and is characterized by its balanced and warm taste.
