About Amarone Cask Finish

After the standard maturation in bourbon barrels, the whisky is further matured (finished) in barrels from Amarone, a premium red wine from the Veneto region of Italy. Amarone wine is made from dried grapes and is characterized by its rich, full-bodied fruit flavor. This finish gives the whisky its unique depth and complexity.
