The first taste is a rich sweetness reminiscent of boiled-down sugar syrup, followed by layers of citrus fruits such as orange and lemon, ripe pear, and even spices like walnuts and ginger, creating a rich, layered aroma.

In the mouth, the sweetness of vanilla from the first-fill bourbon barrels and the rich fruitiness of the Oloroso sherry barrels are in harmony. It is characterized by a light drinking experience that does not make you feel the high alcohol content, and the full-bodied flavor spreads.

The distillery is located in a small village of about 500 people near Loch Ness in Scotland. Founded in 1897, it once had 23 stills and is known for producing Scotch and golden whiskey. Even today, it produces mellow, well-balanced whiskey with floral and fruity aromas and a hint of peat, using high-quality peat and pure water from the Monarque Mountains.
