"Talisker Parley Wilder Seas" is a limited edition product created through a collaboration between Talisker Distillery, which grew up with the sea on the Isle of Skye, Scotland, and "PARLEY," an organization that works to protect the ocean. It is bottled in 100% recyclable bottles, and for the first time in Talisker history, it uses raw liquor that has been further aged in cognac barrels. A portion of the sales of each bottle is donated to PARLEY, making it a "whisky grown in the sea" that allows purchasers to contribute to marine conservation.

The aroma is rich and dry, like barley bread kneaded with dried fruit. The mineral-rich sea breeze and salt crystals are reminiscent of a wooden ship at sea, and there is also the smell of fruity wine and pipe tobacco. The addition of water brings out the smoky aroma even more.

Taste
The smooth texture, creamy sweetness, sea breeze and smokiness combine to create a rich fruit flavor. Adding water brings out the sweetness and fruitiness even more, and you can once again taste the flavors of fig and spice.

Remaining rhyme
It has a long, warm lingering flavor, with a fruity, smoky finish accented by black pepper.
