The Lost Distillery Company is a Scottish whiskey production company, and as its name suggests, it has a unique concept of recreating the style of distilleries that existed in the past but have now closed and been forgotten.

Using historical data, regional characteristics and production methods of the time, they attempt to recreate the style of whiskey that a sealed distillery would have produced.

'Towiemore' is one of these brands and is actually the name of a distillery that operated in the Speyside area in the early 20th century.
