Michter's US1 is a special bourbon bottled from only one carefully selected barrel at a historic distillery in Kentucky, USA. This bourbon is aged in aged American oak barrels and is characterized by its particularly rich and complex flavor.

Manufacturing Process
Michter's bourbon is fermented using the traditional sour mash method using carefully selected corn, rye, and malt. After fermentation, it is distilled in copper pot stills and aged in new American white barrels. These barrels are specially toasted to give the bourbon rich vanilla and caramel flavors. In addition, Michter's uses a temperature-controlled warehouse during the aging process, allowing the bourbon to breathe properly and bring out its complex flavors.

The nose is rich with aromas of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak, with a hint of dried fruit and the sweetness of maple syrup.

Taste
The rich, smooth taste spreads with sweetness of vanilla, honey and character, gradually revealing the tang of spice and oak flavors, and the aftertaste leaves a balanced lingering lingering sound, with a long, pleasant finish.
