Silver Oak 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is a premium wine from one of California's most renowned wine-producing regions, Napa Valley. Crafted from a blend of carefully selected grapes from three different vineyards, using the terroir and finest American oak barrels, this wine is an iconic American Cabernet Sauvignon and can be found on the lists of many fine restaurants.

The aroma of vanilla and toasted coconut from the new American oak barrels is impressive, followed by layers of ripe black fruits such as black cherry and cassis. There are also subtle hints of spice and chocolate, and the complex aroma lingers for a long time.

Taste

It has a very smooth mouthfeel, with a wonderful balance of fruit and oak flavors. It has the firm structure and powerful tannins typical of Cabernet Sauvignon, but is elegant and easy to drink. In addition to the rich fruitiness of blackberries and plums, the softness of Merlot and the delicate acidity of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot create a good balance, allowing you to enjoy a long aftertaste.

About the producer

Silver Oak is a highly regarded Cabernet Sauvignon maker in the United States. Founder Ray Duncan began making wine in Napa Valley and Alexander Valley in the late 1960s, and founded Silver Oak in 1972 with winemaker Justin Meyer. With the motto "Life is Cabernet!", the company focuses on producing rich and complex Cabernet Sauvignon in one bottle. Daniel Baron took over from Meyer and has also launched a new brand called Twomey.
