Glenfarclas Decades, released exclusively in Japan by Glenfarclas Distillery, is a limited edition masterpiece that pursues an elegant and deep flavor by skillfully blending whiskeys from four eras (1980s, 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s) aged in 1st to 4th fill sherry casks.
This whisky is a perfect blend of the unique traditions of a family- run business , the richness of aged raw liquor, the "horizontal spread" of the flavors of the various sherry casks, and the "vertical spread" of the different aging years. The individuality of each fill shines through in the finished product.

It features a soft, sweet aroma. The freshness of fresh apples and the elegant, cuteness of sherry combine to create a delicate yet powerful fragrance.

taste

The first and second fills have a rich sweetness reminiscent of dried fruit and Christmas pudding, while the third and fourth fills have a soft layered flavor of yellow fruit, vanilla, and honey. The smooth taste is impressive.

Aftertaste

The remaining rhymes have a deep love that slowly unfolds, leading to a pleasing ending.
