After Pommery was founded in 1836, Louis Alexandre Pommery joined the champagne making business. He passed away two years later.
Later, Madame Pommery took over the business.
Madame Pommery is different from traditional champagne and was the first dry champagne in the world. It can be enjoyed before or during meals, and has been chosen as the official partner of historic hotels and restaurants.
