Tasting notes :

The 2018 Rindo is an elegant wine that beautifully combines fruit depth and soft texture. Its aromas of blackberry, ripe plum, and dark cherry are complemented by sweet spices such as violet, clove, and vanilla, creating a complex aroma. On the palate, it reveals concentrated blackcurrant, dried herbs, and a hint of earth. Smooth tannins give it a rich mouthfeel, and the moderate acidity gives the wine a bright flavor, making it suitable for long-term aging.

Aging :

The wine is primarily aged in French oak barrels, imparting subtle oak flavors of vanilla, tobacco and spice.

Food Pairing :

• Grilled Lamb Chops with Rosemary
• Braised short ribs in red wine
• Matured cheese (such as Gouda or Comté)
• Roast duck with berry sauce

Serving temperature :
