Hakushu Peated Malt 2021 is a series of 300 bottles sold by lottery on March 30, 2021 as a limited edition bottle. The main difference from the general Hakushu series is that it uses malt that is vigorously roasted and dried (peated malt), giving it a strong smoky flavor and a unique character not found in regular Hakushu. Many people say they like this character even more and have become fans, making it the perfect product for those who want to enjoy the unique Hakushu.
