The light and delicate bubbles of the 2018 Soumei vintage are a perfect match for the refined fruity taste and the rich, refined aftertaste. This special vintage is characterized by a balance of saltiness from the chalky soil and straightforward fruit aromas, giving it elegance and freshness.

The first thing you notice is a marine scent reminiscent of chalk, beach spray, and seaweed.
The nose reveals floral notes of honeysuckle, acacia and peony, red fruit notes of cherry, raspberry, pomegranate and pink grape, as well as citrus notes and complex fruit notes of buttercream, toasted amond, pepper, ginger and bergamot.

Taste
It features creamy bubbles and a smooth mouthfeel. The velvety taste of fruit pulp is followed by a lingering acidity, giving it a fresh overall taste. The aftertaste is salty and umami, with a long, complete lingering lingering taste.
