Blanc de Blancs, Armand de Brignac's first single-varietal champagne, was released in 2008. This cuvée is made with Chardonnay from the Côte de Blancs and Montagne de Reims regions, split almost in half, and has a supple, relaxed and elegant balance with less powerful acidity and lightness.

• Blend : 100% Chardonnay
• Dosage : 8g/L
• Aging : 12 months in French oak barrels
• Aroma and Taste : Aromas of pear, hazelnut, gingerbread, and light buttery baked goods with sweet spices of cinnamon and vanilla, and tropical fruits (guava, berry, and peach). A mineral finish.

With meals

Perfect pairing with shellfish or scallop carpaccio, sashimi, grilled sea bass and light cheeses.
