Osuzu Malt is a craft whiskey produced by Osuzuyama Distillery in Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan. Osuzuyama Distillery is a distillery run by Kuroki Honten, which is famous for its shochu, and is also focusing on whiskey production. Taking advantage of the natural environment of Mount Osuzu, they produce high-quality whiskey using local ingredients.

• Color : Pale Gold
• Aroma : Floral, honey, vanilla, citrus fruits, with slight hints of spice and wood.
• Taste : Fruity and smooth on the palate. The sweetness of vanilla and honey spreads, with fruit flavors of citrus and pear. The spices and woody flavors from the oak also add an accent.
• Finish : A medium length finish with lingering fruity sweetness and spice.
