Marcassin is a winery located in the Sonoma Coast region of California, and is one of the most highly regarded producers of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Under the direction of winemaker Helen Turshen Long, limited quantities of wine are produced, with the Chardonnay being particularly popular.

Characteristics of "Marcassin Chardonnay 2006":

• Palate : Marcassin Chardonnays are rich and concentrated, often with tropical fruit, citrus, honey, toast, butter and mineral notes.
