Production Process : Egan's 10 Year Conviction is a blend of single malt and single grain Irish whiskeys, aged for a minimum of 10 years. Notably, this whiskey is finished in XO Cognac casks. This finish allows the brandy flavor to overpower the whiskey, resulting in a rich and complex flavor.

Nose : Golden green apples, raisins, fresh grass and dandelion stems.

Taste : On the palette, the wine has a sweet, sugary flavor and a refreshing citrus taste. The taste from the cognac barrels is subtle, but the overall taste is light and well-balanced.

Finish : The lingering rhyme is long and well balanced with a love of sherry and spice. A finish in XO Cognac casks gives this complex finish.
