"Juyondai Daiginjo Souko" is a masterpiece produced by Takagi Sake Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture, a special Daiginjo sake brewed with the highest level of skill and passion. The drops that naturally fall from the sake bag are carefully collected in a tobin and aged at ice temperature, resulting in a delicate and clear flavor. The new vintage produced in 2024 offers a vivid and harmonious flavor unique to that year.
