"Akkeshi Single Malt Whisky Keichitsu 2023" is a whiskey that combines the rich climate of Akkeshi Town, Hokkaido, with traditional Scottish production methods, and is the 10th installment of the "24 Solar Terms Series" by Akkeshi Distillery. In line with the season of Keichitsu, which declares the arrival of spring, the well-aged Akkeshi Malt has a refreshing and deep flavor that brings with it the signs of spring. It is a masterpiece.

The fresh aroma of citrus fruits such as daidai, hassaku, and mandarin oranges fills the air, while the sweetness of brown sugar and mitarashi dango spreads richly. There is also the refreshing taste of lemongrass, and you can enjoy a complex and warm aroma.

Taste
The sweetness and sourness of orange and lemon are in harmony, and the deep sweetness of Manuka honey envelops the mouth. The refreshing citrus fruit and the mellowness of honey are exquisitely intertwined, resulting in a well-balanced flavor.

Remaining rhyme
It has a slight spice from white pepper, the bitterness of black tea, and the minerality of salted lemon, culminating in a sweet and spicy caramel-like finish.
