Olivier Bernstein continues to produce Burgundy's famous red wines. This wine, made from 55-year-old Pinot Noir vines, was born in the Premier Cru "Les Champeaux" vineyards in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin. The terroir is unique, with brown soil and bedrock close to the surface. The wine is characterized by its functional taste, elegant ripeness, and long finish, and has the potential for long-term aging.
