This single malt is finished in carefully selected barrels based on Nagahama Distillery's concept of "one brew, one barrel." The key malt is a malt that has been aged in wine barrels for three years, and is vatted with lightly peated malt that has also been aged in bourbon barrels for three years. It features an exquisite balance of the gorgeous fruitiness of the wine barrels and the rich sweetness of the bourbon barrels. It is bottled at cask strength, so you can enjoy the rich flavor of the original whiskey. Only 418 bottles are produced, making this a very special bottle.

The beautiful fragrance of glossy violets fills the air, along with the sweet aromas of honey sweets, maple syrup, and strawberry chocolate. The subtle scent of tropical fruits and the sourness of citrus give the drink a nice balance.

Taste

The rich sweetness of caramel, fudge and toffee spreads in the mouth, followed by ripe apricot and orange fruit flavors. The refreshing nuances of menthol and eucalyptus appear pleasantly in the aftertaste, and the rich flavors of syrup and burnt caramel linger for a long time.
