Gaia Flow Co., Ltd. is a whisky manufacturer based in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, and operates the Shizuoka Distillery. The distillery was established in 2016 and has become a notable producer of high-quality Japanese whisky in a short period of time. Shizuoka Distillery Features

• Manufacturing method : While incorporating traditional Scottish manufacturing methods, we have implemented a unique approach that takes advantage of Japan's climate and environment. The stills are imported from Scotland and acquired from a defunct Canadian whisky distillery.
• Aging : Taking advantage of Shizuoka's climate, we use a variety of barrels to age whiskey with rich flavors.

• Nose : Vanilla, Fruit (Apple, Pear, Citrus), Spice (Cinnamon, Nutmeg), Light Smoke
• Taste : Fruity and creamy. Sweetness of vanilla, caramel and honey, as well as citrus and ripe fruit flavors. Woody nuances and spices can also be felt.
• Finish : A long, lingering finish with fruity sweetness and spiciness.
