Highland Park

Highland Park is made at a distillery on the mainland of one of the Orkney Islands in Scapa Bay, Scotland. It was founded in 1798. With a history of over 200 years, it is characterized by its dedication to and preservation of the same manufacturing methods that it has used since its founding.
Highland Park, which has been praised by prominent whiskey critics, is also known for its use of sherry casks for maturation and continues to produce high-quality whiskey.
It is also used as a key malt in blended Scotch whisky, and is a brand that can be said to be the origin of whisky.
