The smoky peat aroma is first followed by sweet notes of dark chocolate, caramel and vanilla. In addition, the woody elements from the oak barrels and deep fruit aromas such as brown sugar and ripe plums appear hidden behind the peat, creating a complex layer of aromas.

When you put it in your mouth, the flavor of smoked peat spreads first, and gradually the sweetness of vanilla, honey and dried fruit emerges. It is full-bodied, but the balanced peat and sweetness are in dialogue. There is a moderate amount of spice from the oak barrels, and the bitterness of cocoa and nuts feels complex towards the end.
