Juyondai Rankikishu 2013 is a special gem among Japanese premium shochu. This shochu is a rare shochu produced by Takagi Shuzo, also known as Juyondai, and was released in limited quantities in 2013.

Manufacturing process

This shochu is made by bringing together the tradition and high technology of the Juyondai brand. It is made using the ancient distillation method called "ranbiki" and a specially designed still to achieve a delicate and rich flavor. The raw material is carefully selected domestic rice, which is distilled after careful preparation. It is poured over to bring out its mellowness.
