Overview <br>Cardinal was born in 1982 and is a wine made from grapes carefully selected from the best vineyards in Napa Valley. It was created with the aim of producing "Napa Valley's best Cabernet Sauvignon" and started as Kendall-Jackson's highest-end line. Since then, it has maintained a quality-oriented attitude as a unique winery and is produced using grapes selected from all over Napa Valley.

Aroma : The aroma of ripe black cherry, cassis, and blueberry spreads, with nuances of mint, spices, and cocoa. It has a complex and deep aroma.

Taste : A taste that combines power and elegance. It has rich fruitiness, smooth tannins and a firm structure. It is accented with nuances of toast and vanilla from barrel aging.

Aftertaste <br>The long-lasting aftertaste has a wonderful balance of fruitiness and spice, giving it a rich impression.

Suggested Pairings : Pairs well with beef steaks, lamb chops, aged cheeses or rich tomato-based pasta dishes.

Grape varieties : Mainly Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot.

Winemaking : Aged for over 18 months in French oak barrels, 90-100% of which are new. The highest quality grapes are carefully selected for each vintage, and the wine is completed by blending them together to combine the characteristics of each growing region.

Napa Valley Vineyards : Primarily from our own vineyards on Mt. Veeder and Howell Mountain, but also from other renowned vineyards such as Spring Mountain, Diamond Mountain, St. Helena and Stags Leap, we strive to produce wines of unparalleled quality.
